Can't I use twitter4j.UserStreamListener to get live stream tweet from Twitter, does this support got stopped ?please suggest

I using Twitter4j for getting user live stream tweet as the webhook using POST am not able to receive live data from twitter. This is Streaming API [UserStreamListener] which I have used and does the support exist or these got deprecated. Please advice
