I try to use restful api to get retweets, but it seems that I can’t get the right result. My posted tweet has been retweeted three times, but the result gives me 0 retweet. You can see the attached image for details.
Those are quoted retweets and work differently in the Twitter API. They aren’t native retweets and don’t appear to count towards retweet_counts.
They also don’t appear in the retweet timeline endpoints either

You can use the REST search api, https://dev.twitter.com/rest/reference/get/search/tweets and set the query to the tweet permalink: eg:
https://twitter.com/search?q=https%3A%2F%2Ftwitter.com%2FseuTest%2Fstatus%2F633868955799564289&src=typd
https://api.twitter.com/1.1/search/tweets.json?q=https%3A%2F%2Ftwitter.com%2FseuTest%2Fstatus%2F633868955799564289
