When I log into the account I used to create the application is states no applications exist. But I know it exists because I can authenticate and when I try to recreate it, it states it exists.
Can anyone help?

Are you sure you’re logged in as the right user on dev.twitter.com? Perhaps PeerRatr isn’t owned by the user account you’re using to log in.
dev.twitter.com is the CORRECT address for this, thanks Taylor
