Can't edit my twitter app on apps.twitter.com

My node.js app that uses the Twitter Streaming API wasn’t working today, and while investigating I was unable to create a new app at apps.twitter.com or even edit my existing one’s settings.

Already filed a ticket with Ops - any workaround or news?
Has anyone been able to edit their app settings today?
