Can't create new Twitter widgets

I work at a news website and we’re having trouble creating the new Twitter widgets. When I click on “Create New,” I get the message “Something is technically wrong.” I have no problem creating the widgets from my personal account. Anyone else see this?

Well, we’re finally able to create widgets with our @Daily_Press account. We didn’t change anything; we’re just finally able to do it. Yay.
