Can't create new application

Hi all,

I have recently joined developer section of twitter, while I create my new application, I get error message as written below.

Error
You must add your mobile phone to your Twitter profile before creating an application. Please read https://support.twitter.com/articles/110250-adding-your-mobile-number-to-your-account-via-web for more information.

Later, I have registered my phone no. in my twitter account, but still giving the same error.
