Can't create an application?

When i fill out the form for creating an application
https://apps.twitter.com/app/new

this message come up: “You must add your mobile phone to your Twitter profile before creating an application”

When i try to register my mobilenumber I get this message:
“Sorry, Twitter don’t have an agreement with your mobilecompany”

I am from Denmark, so i guess it shouldn’t be a problem?

Does anybody know a workaround?

Yor should go to your twitter setting -> mobile -> activate phone -> send the TEXT to the number in the Screen

Cannot create an application. Says the same error, but added my phone number, what should I do? Thanks
