Hello,
Recently had an app transfered to my account and I am unable create a developer environment for the same.
Error Message: Internal error occurred. Message: Internal error, Code: 131
Below you’ll find the screenshot. Appreciate your help.
Thanks for reaching out here. These errors do sometimes happen and are usually intermittent. Is this something that is still happening? If so, what browser are you using?

Yes, still experiencing the same error; using Google Chrome (Setup VPN extension enabled).
Tried without VPN, same error (131).
Tried on Internet Explorer, no VPN, keeps redirecting to my other twitter account.
Tried on Safari, same internal error 131.
Please advise

Sorted it out:
Deleted all environments created prior from the original owner, and setup new environments in the new owner’s accounts.
