Can't Authenticate Twitter Ads API Endpoint

We are using a new budgeting tool called Allocadia. We are trying to get access to Twitter Ads via API to sync over our campaign spending, data. When Allocadia tried to authenticate the TW Ads API endpoint, they are getting an error message: “This application cannot authenticate more users at this time.”

What do I need to do next to get access? Thank you!

Thanks, @peburke1. The partner must request access to move up to the next phase (tier) of the program. We have three phases, as described here. You can search the forums to see how the partner can move to the next phase.
