I have been working on the Theory and methods to estimate the project that I proposed to you when applying to the Developer account. Also I have acquired some tweets from October up to today.
However, I see that I can no longer apply for academic access on the twitter Api V 2. Last June I applied and filled out the whole form, and unfortunately I did not completely understood the whole process of getting this license. I did not reply to an e-mail that you sent, moreover, I reply to your e-mail asking you to please re send it, and I did not get an answer…
Thus, I want to ask you if it is possible to re- apply, and provide you with the whole information… or if it is necessary to change the project or something similar
