Can't add new Team members to my Twitter App

I need help adding new admins and developers to my App on Twitter Developer dashboard. Every time I try to send an invite, I get an “Error sending invitation” message. To any user, any role. This has been persistent for 6 months now. I am not a developer, I am a marketing team member and I want to add our developers as admins to the tool, But I am unable. The app has passed the approval steps.

Unable to add team members

I’ve been trying to use the Team / Invite User function, but I have been getting the error message below for the past 24hrs. Error sending invitation Invitation failed to send, please try again later. What can I do to be able to use the team functionality?

Thank you. @ImpressoApp or @jessicagarson would you happen to know if a workaround of this issue may be to open a new Twitter App with my devs Twitter user instead o me? I want to know if it doesn’t conflict with my existing app having the domain and name already signed up.
