Can't access Widgets

I’ve been unable to access widget settings on twitter for many many months. I noticed here,

Cannot access https://twitter.com/settings/widgets

We've identified the issue and hope to have a fix out by the end of the week. Apologies for any inconveniences.

that the issues were supposedly fixed, but I’m still unable to access them. I was unable to find very much information about it lately. Is there still an issue? I see lots of people using them fine, so I’m a bit confused.
