Can't access Widgets

I've been unable to access widget settings on twitter for many many months. I noticed here, that the issues were supposedly fixed, but I'm still unable to access them. I was unable to find very much information about it lately. Is there still an issue? I see lots of people using them fine, so I'm a bit confused. Thanks

Soon after posting, I was able to access the page. I updated the information in the post here , said the issue was fixed, and all was was fine. Now I’m having the same problem again. I cannot access the widget settings at http://twitter.com/settings/widgets

I am having the same problem. I want to embed my Twitter feed on my blog but the option to add a widget in settings on Twitter is not there. Please help!
