Cannot upgrade from Sandbox to Premium

Hello, I am trying to insert a credit card to upgrade to Premium API. I already tried three different cards, but all of them were declined, even though they are all working. I hope someone can help me with this issue.

Thank you for reaching out. We did notice that someone had a string of declines recently.

The issue stemmed from a problem with your bank, but after several failed transactions, our system marked the account as fraudulent.

Please contact your bank and wait a while before trying again.

Thanks for the answer @LeBraat, however I contact the bank and all the cards are working fine. Also, how long do I have to wait to try again?
