Dear Twitter team / community,
I have applied for the research access and have initially provided a link to my Google Scholar profile for verification of my identity as a researcher. After a first review, I was asked to provide a link to my profile on my institution´s website. However, I cannot provide Twitter with such a link because my institution does not publish such information publicly for security reasons. I then provided Twitter with an official confirmation from my institution through email response, however, I received the same email again (that I should provide a link…). I am willing to provide proof but I am unable to provide such links.
I would be glad to receive any help. Maybe somebody else has experienced something similar.
