Cannot get users from API

Hi:

I am using this query:

https://api.twitter.com/1.1/followers/ids.json?screen_name=name

for getting the ids from my twitter account and it works some time but now I am getting null values.

I know that the API returns 15k ids in 15 minutes, no?

Do you consistently get null values? are there specific user IDs that are affected?
