Cannot get support for this question

I am not a developer, but I posted here about this problem anyway. Was told I had to go through regular Twitter support, However there is no category with which to associate a Ticket for this situation:

I log in, go to settings to change my user name. I am prompted to log in again, at which time I get this message: 403 Forbidden: The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it.

How do I contact support, or anyone else who knows how to fix this?
