Cannot get retweets of retweets , using statuses/filter

Hello, I’m writing a program collecting interesting retweets, using statuses/filter, but it doesn’t work well.

POST statuses/filter
track=RT&language=zh

It can catch few native retweets but lost most native retweets and native retweets of native retweets, and this is frustrating.

According to this post, the stream API doesn’t provide native retweets of native retweets , but I wonder if it’s possible to get all retweets by adding parameters.

Thanks for replying, but here is still one question:

How to get all retweets (based on language)?

track=RT&language=zh doesn’t help;
it doesn’t catch the native retweets whose original tweets don’t contain RT.
