Cannot create embeded timeline widget

I can’t create a time line for a hashtag. I’m trying here: https://publish.twitter.com/# but I’m getting:
“Not found. Sorry, we can’t create an embed for that. It may have been deleted or made private. Please try again”

How can I tell if that hashtag is private?

This is the URL I am using: https://twitter.com/search?q=%23ICSSOA2017&src=typd
although I have used a few variations on this, I can’t get it to work.

I am certain it hasn’t been deleted as you can enter that URL into a browser and be taken to the hashtag just fine.

Is there something obvious that I’m doing wrong?

This is perfect - thank you very much. The publishing tool Twitter directed me to was flashy but didn’t work for me. This is much better!
