Our client is trying to add additional accounts to their API, but are seeing an error. Please see note from client below (screenshot attached):
“We have been using the Twitter Ads API for the past couple years in order to automate and aggregate our reporting data across clients. This is all tied to our SE account (@LIQUID_SE). Recently when trying to authorize additional accounts to use here we’ve received the following error:”

Hi @ChaseMann,
They’re getting this error because they used all the OAuth tokens available for their access level.
Basically, when they got access to the Ads API they were only granted 5 OAuth tokens to build and test their tool internally. (Developer)
After you submit your tool for review to the Ads API team the limit is increased to 15 OAuth tokens so you can privately onboard a few clients and build strong use cases. (Basic)
Only after that they get full access and can onboard new accounts without limits. (Standard)
Check out the Ads API documentation for more information.
Hope that helps!

Thanks for the info! How can we go about upping their access?
Best,

@ChaseMann
They need to schedule a meeting with someone from the Ads API team to demo their product.
They can book a session here: t.co/meeting
