Cannot Authenticate More Users Error

Hello,
I have only developers access, with 5 OAuth token, and i want replace testing account.
I was revoke access from one account in page https://twitter.com/settings/applications,
but I gottet same error - “Cannot Authenticate More Users”.
Then, i was revoke access by my application in each testing account, but error still exist for new account.
How i can remove OAuth token from my application?

Can you try to remove OAuth token using the following POST endpoint? Additionally, if you need more access tokens for testing, please reach out to your Twitter representative.

I deleted all the tokens known to me but I get an error all the way.
Can I delete all tokens or get a list of active tokens?
And how can I apply to the my Twitter representative

Revoking access via https://twitter.com/settings/applications for your application should work. Let me know your app ID and I can take a look.

Can you book a meeting at t.co/meeting to review your application with us and get a higher token count as well?

Looks like you are talking about the same issue with Submission status
