Cannot Authenticate More Users Error

When trying to authenticate users to our application we get the following message:

Sorry, please try again later.
This application cannot authenticate more users at this time.

Our Application ID is: 8513086.

How do we increase our allowed authenticated user count to get around this problem.

The # of tokens you can use at a Developer level is capped at 5, if you need to authenticate a different token you can revoke one of the existing tokens or request to be upgraded to Basic via the standard process of applying at https://dev.twitter.com/ads/overview

Please note that once you enter Basic phase the expectation is that those 90 days are used for running real tests with clients/advertisers to build up case studies to present to become a Standard partner.
