Hello I’m having trouble with adding our payment details (credit card). I get the following message:
We were unable to accept your payment information
The transaction was declined. Please contact support.
I’m using Mastercard and I’m from the Netherlands
Can you please give insight in what is wrong or what I should do?

Sorry that you are hitting this issue. For billing issues, if you look inside the Developer Portal → Account → Billing, towards the top right there’s a box that looks like this.
You can contact billing support via email, using the link shown there.
