I am having the exact same issue as mentioned in this discussion: Cannot access https://twitter.com/settings/widgets
I am running Windows 8.1 and am experiencing this problem in both Chrome and Firefox. I am able to access Widgets under another account.
Any suggestions on how to get this fixed?
