Hello, I did not realize my subscription was renewing August 8, and I wish to cancel. I did not perform any pulls between the renewal date and today. Am I able to cancel and get a refund for the month? I saw that months are not prorated but since I did not use the service I’m wondering whether I can get a refund. Thanks!
