We would suggest setting up AdMob, Millennial, and iAd for iOS and Millennial for Android since they’re bundled with our Full SDKs.
As for prioritizing them, simply set them all at the same CPM for a week. This will allow them to rotate evenly. After that week, look at the CPMs that they’re providing and enter those into the Network Segment page.
Repeat this once every one or two weeks.
