Can you please recommend an analytics tool for Twitter trends with public API?

Hi there!

I’m building a dashboard that bundles all relevant data to our media company. And I need to display Twitter’s trending topics of a specific country, both current and for the past 24 hours. Can you please recommend an analytics tool which has a public API which I can use in my dashboard to display the Twitter trends?

Current trends are available with: https://dev.twitter.com/rest/reference/get/trends/place for some location

You can request fresh trends every ~5 Minutes at most, storing them in your app over time if you want to show the last 24 hours.
