Can we tell if 100k caps of new API rule affects our app or not?

Our upcoming app displays only tweets with link from Twitter time-line, and reads linked articles aloud to you, so you can listen to the interesting articles shared on Twitter.

It looks like a Twitter client by showing tweets with links, but the concept is different and not a mimic of Twitter client at all.
Speaking of collecting linked tweets, it is like http://www.news.me/.

We’ve been working hard on the app for months, and We are really worried about if the 100k caps of new API rule affects my app.

Could you tell me some info which backs up your answer? That would be great if you got the answer from Twitter people.
