Can we have Summary card and App card meta tags in one place

I want a summary card to be shown on twitter which tells user about the blog post but also want to App card attached to it.
I got confused about having two meta tags with same name but different content like

meta name=“twitter:card” content="summary"
meta name=“twitter:card” content=“app”

I have poor understanding of how meta tags work so please don’t be mean on that.

You can only use one Card type on a single page.
