Can twitter's logo be used in my app's logo? Does it violate terms and conditions?

Hi

I’m Sri Prasanth, Co Founder of Time Plus Q Technologies Private Limited, Bangalore, India.

Our company has developed an application named “Qs Status Scheduler” for Android devices. This app schedules the user’s tweets.

We have used your Twitter’s T logo in the app’s logo. I’ve given the links of my app in the Android Market. I want to know if the logo of the app and usage of it in the app violate the terms and conditions of Twitter. If so give us guidelines to correct those.

Thanks for your reply. So in order to use their logo in my app’s logo(though the used one is not one of the current logos of Twitter or any of the official logos of the past) I should get permission from them?
