Can My Tweet Button attach pictures videos and @others into the tweet?

I have a tweet button on a page and I want to send pictures if someone uses the button, plus i would like to forma the tweet so a link to a video is included plus an @MrForcast or other @'s can be included to create a conversation. This way when the person tweets from my web page the tweet can be more interesting.

Does the api support all of these? I see I can include text and html but not sure if that really sends a picture what about multiple htmls?

The Tweet button web intent supports freeform @mentions in Tweet text as well as a via @mention which displays information about the mentioned account to logged-out viewers and may suggest the account after the Tweet is published.

Twitter Cards extract information about a linked webpage for display as a preview alongside Tweet text. A player card provides inline video playback for whitelisted domains.
