Can I reapply a rejected domain?

I am having a problem with https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator .
When I enter https://acaric.jp/event/ , the preview is properly shown.

But it seems the domain, “.acaric.jp” got rejected.

I would like to reapply to have it accepted, but I have no idea why it got rejected.

Could anyone (staff maybe ?) explain why? I really need this.

You should indeed have a way to submit your domain for approval again since your Twitter Cards tags now look good. We will investigate.
