Hi all and happy new year!

I once applied for the academic research api but did not pay much attention to filling in the research proposal (should have pasted our project proposal there, and address we would never use personal information), and is rejected.

I noticed that now I cannot enter the application page again with my Twitter account. Every time when I click on “apply for academic api”, it redirect me to my api management page, which is an already elevated version.

The question: are there any chance for me to re-submit the academic api application, or I’m permanently banned from academic application, or I should wait for some time until the application portal (kind of) “unlocked” for me?
