Can I get mapping between Metrics avalaible in version 0 and version 1.. ditnot found in doc

The mapping guide between v0 metrics and v1 metrics is now available at https://dev.twitter.com/ads/analytics/v0-to-v1-metrics, so this topic can be marked as solved.

@jaakkosf: I have noticed an error regarding the conversion_purchases equivalent: it should be conversion_purchases.metric instead of just conversion_purchases.
