Can i add retweet counts in website?

Hi,
I’ve been trying to use twitter button in “developers” to insert retweet count into website,
however the link like : https://twitter.com/IMAGAZINE_TV/status/450850773170003968 can never show the retweet count on it
would you guys kindly help to answer here?
as i search many articles in google but all about add to blogger …

and i am not sure how to use it, would you mind to tell how can i copy the script to html page?
