Can create embedded timeline for one account, but not for another

I’m looking after several accounts – none of them are private. For one account, I can create the new embedded timeline widget without any trouble. For the other, I end up with a “Something is technically wrong” page with no further information. Tried changing a few settings, no success.

Is this a known issue? Trouble rolling out the feature across the whole network? Something I need to do, something I can check? Any status information on this?

Anything? @support is unresponsive (We’ve noted it, someone will have a look at it at some point, stop bothering us and wait, etc.)
