Can an access token obtained via the Sign in with Twitter, also be used for using the follow API?

I’m trying to implement a twitter widget for a web site that will

• Display the tweets that their users have subscribed to / are following
• Follow/UnFollow certain pre defined users.
• re tweet etc.

My question is whether the access token obtained via the Sign in with Twitter, would work for the above functionalities as well ?
