Campaign not servable due to "Budget Exhausted" but spend is 0

One of our campaigns is marked as “not servable” due to “Budget Exhausted”.

The spend on the campaign (campaign ID 7ljsn) is 0 with a budget of $45.46. The budget is correct in ads manager as well. We’ve checked the funding instrument (ID ingwb) and everything is active and ready to spend there too. Any idea why this might be marked as Budget Exhausted? We believe it has been marked incorrectly.

In this case, the reason why the account isin’t servable is because it’s expired (i.e., past the end date)

Do you know of any other campaigns that have this issue?

Yea we’re a few days late in reporting the bug, but we got that error (“budget exhausted”) during the time the campaign should have been active.

Ah gotcha, unfortunately in this case there’s not much information we can gather (given that the campaign is inactive), however in case you see this issue again, please reach out to us and we can look into the problem.
