Campaign exhausted, but there is still budget left

i don’t know if i’m in the right place. but i have a campaign with a total budget of 8000. the campaign should have started today, but when i checked the campaing it status was exhausted. but the spendings is 0.
Also one campaign started yesterday with also a total budget around 8000 , it ran for one day, now the status is exhausted.

How can i fix this?
