Hello, our users can’t sign in app with Twitter in the latest days. we have whitelisted callbackurl according to your guide: https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/basics/callback_url.
But it seems this setting is invalid.
details of the problem:
Android users can login our app with Twitter by installing Twitter in their device. but if no Twitter App, error message of “Unable to retrieve account information:3” will always pop up.
iOS users can’t login with Twitter even if they install Twitter App in device. error message is same with Android.
We have tried our best but the problem is still existing. How can we deal with this issue?
Most of users are affected by it now.
