7 days. This is documented in the Troubleshooting guide, along with steps that may help you to refresh.

Hi Andy,
In the documentation that says:
“adding dummy parameters to the end of your URL (http://www.test.com/?x=test1) or a unique hash (http://www.test.com/#test1)”…
Just wondering, do I add the “x=test1” or “#test1” at the end of the image code?

No, add it to the end of the URL in the cards validator.

I added ‘x=test1’ (no quotes) at the end of the URL in the cards validator as suggested and got the “Unable to render card preview” message, so I must have done something incorrectly? (However… the card previewed successfully without adding the x=test1.)
