Bypass some limitations of Twitter Official API

I want to bypass some limitations of Twitter Official API. Basically, I need to get old data from last year using tweeter rest Api. How can I get that?

This is an inappropriate question to ask here as we are unable to condone any attempts to circumvent the limits of the API. Doing so would contravene the Developer Policy and Agreement and the Twitter Rules and would be likely to result in permanent suspension from the platform.

You can use the Twitter Full Archive Search API to access data from the past year. This is a commercial offering. Thank you.
