Bug in Edit Details form / Developer Account Approval

I went through applying for a new developer account (@mittermayr) as we have been running a business on top of Twitter’s API for almost 7 years now (@fruji).

Editing the details (to comply with the “Tell us how this app will be used (required)”) keeps the SAVE button disabled. We’ve double checked, tripple checked, edited out, and back in, manually typed and changed, tried ANYTHING to get the form to save. The button does not work. OS X and Chrome as well as Safari (latest version of each). Also tried to add/edit the terms and privacy policy links, everything else is also there — no dice.

Now the account is in approval, but I can’t add data to the “how the app will be used”.

Please let me know if I am understanding the situation properly:

You are using the Twitter app dashboard on developer.twitter.com to update one of your apps.
You have entered information into all of the fields, including the app name, application description, website url, callback URL and “Tell us how this app will be used (required)” sections.
The “Save” button is remaining inactive.

Please confirm. I will work with my team to investigate.

Note the disabled Save button at the bottom. Chrome (latest version), Safari (latest version), OS X (latest non-beta version), Mac Pro.
