I am not receiving any SMS to unlock my account. This bug happened again on July 19. Please unlock it ( Case# 0222966883 ) and fix the bug as soon as possible.
@jessicagarson @andypiper I understand that you are trying very hard to solve the problem with very few people. However, I keep running into the same bug. I also understand that you can’t directly solve this problem. Could you please tell me where is the appropriate place to report this kind of problem and how can I solve it?
