Blank response when adding max_id into 1.1/statuses/user_timeline

Hi,

I’ve experienced a problem when I use statues/user_timeline. I can successfully get the the most current tweet of a user when I do not set up the max_id. However, I got empty response when I set up a certain max_id number (for example, I use the id of the most current tweet minus one as the max_id, and I’m sure it exists.). It really bothers me. Does anyone has an idea or possible reason what’s going on here?

I found the problem may be due to the long id. When the id is more than 13 digits, it will have empty response. I guess it’s because when you send an id more than 13 digits it will be transformed to scientific notion or something. does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks a lot.
