On Aug 29 we received an e-mail with subject line “Action required: Invalid credit card on your Twitter developer account” – we have since been unable to process a payment to continue our subscription, and the subscription has been canceled – despite several attempts, using different browsers, verifying the card info/address with our statements, and calling the card issuing bank twice (they say the card is being declined on Twitter’s end).
Is there an alternate way to proceed, or some way to review our account for issues? We are paying with an institution credit card and would like to continue using this card (the same card we’ve already successfully made payments with up to now).
