Best practice: Hashtag search timeline widget

I have a client who organize sport events.

They like to include Twitter timeline widgets in their event pages. Populated by a hashtag search of the event-number.
Is it possible to get it working dynamically or do they have to create every widget manually to get the widget-id, or is it possible to create widgets by HTTP-request or modifying a single widget to be populated by different hashtags depending on the current events page.

I hope the question is clear enough.

It’s currently not possible to modify the search query on the client side or create timelines using an API so you have to create a widget for each hashtag manually.
