Beating spam tweet in Twitter Community with API

What is the issue?

So, I had an open Twitter Community that is always getting spam something like this:

My question is, how it’s possible, and how I fix that? is it possible to access Twitter Community tweets with an API? so how can I automatically delete/hide them?

Unfortunately communities API isn’t available so best thing to do is use the ordinary spam reporting flow on the tweets themselves, and again on the accounts too.
