Basic access level qps limit

I was trying to upload tailored audience using TON api and got error “429, ‘Too Many Requests’” after 50 requests or so. My app has basic access level and I was under the impression that the allowed qps is more than 1k per 15 minutes.
Is there anything that I am missing?

Elevated rate limits to the TON API are only available in the “Standard” tier of Ads API access. For the “Developer” and “Basic” tiers the default rate limit of 50 requests / per 15 mins is applied.

Thanks for your response, we now have “Standard” access level but still seeing the same “Too Many Requests” error. What is the limit for Standard tier? Any possible reason?
