Bad video quality even with good source file. Any advice?

Hi,

I have a very good MP4 video source. 8.5Mbit/s, full hd.

But once tweeted (here, through the public standard twitter interface), the image and the sound are very poor quality. In full screen, it it very very bad. Why a so big difference with some commercial twitter video?

Any advice?

I guess no-one from the media team has had a chance to look at this from an API perspective. However, the second link you posted is a video uploaded via our creator Media Studio platform which works somewhat differently from the public API.

Additionally, we are not able to support Twitter website or app issues via these forums - these are intended for developer and API discussions.
